and no if a LEGAL American did it it wouldn't be ok.. I was just adding to the point why most americans don't like illegal immigration.. considering at least 1/2 of the western America's crime is due to illegal immigrants..

Any crime committed in the USA by an illegal immigrant is a crime that would not have been committed here, if we did not allow illegal immigrants in our country, and that is a victim who would not have suffered if illegal immigrants were not here. Sure, those illegal immigrants may have done the same crime in their own country, but then it would be THAT country's problem, not the problem of the USA. The USA should only have to deal with their own criminal citizens, not the criminal citizens of other countries. The reason for immigration laws is so that we can screen out undesireables and decide who can and who cannot come into the country and this is the right of the government of every country in the world.
If someone applies to immigrate to the USA and they are told "no" because they do not qualify, for whatever reason, beit that they don't have skills we are needing or that they have a criminal record anywhere else, or for whatever reason as determined by our immigration laws, then that is not the time for that person to say, "Well, I'm coming on in, anyways." No, that is the time for that person to either do whatever it is they are needing to do in order to qualify, or else apply to another country where they can qualify, or try to make their lives better in their own country. I hear too many people say, "But, it takes too long and it costs too much money, or it is impossible to qualify, legally." Too bad! Immigration is not to be solely for the benefit of the prospective immigrants - it is to be what is to the best benefit for the country they want to immigrate to. This is the way it is for ALL countries in the world - they have the right to decide who they want in. It is reasonable for a country to deny immigration rights to someone who has grade 4 education because it is also reasonable to assume that that person will soon be having children and then accessing all the social benefits available for poor, uneducated citizens. If that were all the immigrants who were allowed into the country (the poor and uneducated), our country would soon be at the same 3rd world economic level of the countries those people are trying to leave and then where would we all be? Someone has to pay the taxes that pay for all of those cushy social benefits that the poor and uneducated like to access and if there are only poor, uneducated immigrants coming in, soon there will be no one paying the taxes to fund those social services. Why is this so hard for so many people to understand? It is basic economics, really!

Where the hell did you get your date that if a Legal American killed someone , then its ok.
Wow, your so out of this world.
Legal or Illegal, there are people who commit crime against property and most importantly against life.
We should never divide the line betweetn these two group of people.
Murder is murder no matter who did it.

Thats the bad thing about tolerating people being in the USA illegally. They are virtually untraceable and you cant hold them accountable and they know it. So the bad ones feel enabled because of lack of enforcement to get away with things.
