After all, Hitler served his country in wartime.
Hitler was wounded in combat.
Hitler worked hard on his own to unify his country.
Hitler had a plan to better the lives of the average German (ok, it was a crummy plan, but it was a plan).
Finally, Hitler had a moustache.
Is the comparison of their mentalities fair?

It doesn't protect you from having to testify. It only protects you from having to give sworn testimony that might incriminate you.

So for all you jokers who claim that you'd go in front of Congress and plead the Fifth if you were asked your name... do you think it's worth going to jail for?

It seems that whenever you ask them a question that is logically put forward they react like a deer in the headlights and respond with an illogical answer that has nothing to do with the question.

To me individual right that allow destructive behavior to oneself is not a right at all. Do people forget we have support systems out there and people who will adopt? Why do people want Individual Right to abort a child, to pay a doctor to kill themselves? I mean come on now.

My son is in Kilby, A Prison in Alabama. He had a court appointed attorney. This attorney wont take any calls from him. Nor will he talk to me. He goes to cussing and hangs the phone up on me. All I do is ask a question and Ive been shock at his behavior!
My son has been in jail, sentence, under another name. In fact I cant even send him mail in his own name. They even changed his AIS Number. What Im asking is there something to be done? I dont have the money for attorney. Im at a loss at what can be done.
Is there someone to call? If not how do I get this other attorney to set this record strait.

Isn't it sad that these people do not believe in American superiority and that our great and glorious leaders will never let this powerful and technologically advanced fall behind the likes of China and LOL worst of all India!

The I.P.C.C. (International Panel on Climate Change) is the end all source to all articles and books on Global warming. It doesn't matter if it is a Time Magazine cover article asking if it is too late to act on Global Warming or a well known movie like Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth. They all have their ultimate source as the IPCC which gave credence to the Global Warming movement.
Big problem with this as the scientists on the original panel, including MIT Professor Lindzen - who happens to be one of the most well known and according to the IPCC the most qualified person dealing with the climate states that the politicians wrote what the scientists debated about. It is all a big lie according the real scientists. Source - http://www.opinionjournal.com/extra/?id=110008597

It looks like the democrats Diane Feinsten has gotten her hands caught in the cookie jar.

approved.

As reported in Metroactive, an online report from the Silicon Valley, Feinstein's resignation followed six years of subcommittee work during which time her alleged conflict of interest stemmed from her husband Richard C. Blum's ownership of Perini Corp. and URS Corp.

Basically she was funneling military contracts to her husband, which is illegal. So if Duke Cunninham and Bob Ney, both Republicans went to jail for their crimes. Will Diane Feinstein go to jail?
