They lack the key ingredient to being able to think logically. This key ingredient was recognized, isolated and bread out of every liberal on the planet years ago. This key ingredient has a clever yet illusive name. It is called COMMON SENSE!!

Because double-speak and obfuscation are front and center in a liberls argument.
Facts are the real 'inconvienient truth' to a liberal.
As long as you can hurl the required number of 'Halliburton' references into a conversation, liberally spiced with inanities like 'fascist', 'nazi' 'neo con' and 'imperialist' (even though - judging from the posts on this site - none of these pinheads understand the actual meaning of those words), and then try to confuse the listener even more with inferred motives as varied as 'to avenge his father', 'to 'grab' their oil', 'because he and Cheney were in the oil business' and of course 'world domination and 'modern day crusade' are never too far behind...
logic and reason take a backseat to hatred and ideology.
It is a shame.
Liberalism was once a respected and dignified political philosophy. It has been kidnapped by anti-Americans, anarchists, socialists, terrorists, and just the plain old stupid who have no where else to go.
There are still some reasonable, honest liberals out there, but they are being drowned out by the mindless, vapid hatemongers.
It is a pity.

it is a common thing with both sides when neither can come up with a decent answer. i get that all the time in my poly sci classes at school. i will challenge a teacher on a point or ask a question and all the sudden the subject changes. it is because they cannot admit being wrong. and have to hide there own stupidity. i as a conservative try and admit i was wrong go back do more research then challenge again when i have studied it better. more people should try it.

So many people ask leading and loaded questions on this site.
Which is fine, no one has to respond if they don't want to.
But regardless of the bias, why won't anyone give evidence, give the facts (not just more opinion) to back up these assertions?
Is that too much to ask?

Because there is a huge difference between logic and ideology.
Most 'logical' arguments put forward by right-wingers tend to incorporate massive amounts of their ideology, making it impossible for them to be classified as logical.
And no, I am neither a Liberal, nor a Democrat.
I am an American.

Thinking logically narrows down reason and blame which is discriminative to who and what you are thinking logically about. "some" people have come to the conclusion that to not discriminate you must become utterly and totally indiscriminate. To become totally indiscriminate you must reject all rational thinking. rational thinking creates the discrimination. this inadvertently will tear down what is right and good and prop up what is wrong and evil until there is no difference between the two.

They have three generic answers to all questions. Though not used exclusively and many variations exist they all start with one these themes illustrated with these examples. Bush is a liar, Cheney is rich from Haliburton, Bush's cronies are criminals.
So when they are asked a question which usually invokes thought (in most people) they are over taken with their inherent (genetic?) need to be negative and bash Bush.
Remember all those "plans" the Dems/libs (is there a difference) were going to introduce starting this January? They have been too busy attacking Bush. Note to all libs; WE GET IT, WE KNOW THAT YOU HATE BUSH AND YOU THINK HE IS A CRIMINAL. NOW WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS????????

A typical tactic from the Left is to start attacking the messenger or deflecting the issue. They are not used to defending their positions. They're not as open minded as they say they are. Logic drives them crazy. That's one of the reasons they hate Ann Coulter.
