I am in New jersey. In anger, I hit my my wife. she called 911. I was arrested. Now we both felt sorry about our actions.she want to drop the charges.
Attroney asking 750$ for each sitting and he says it may take 3 to 4 sittings. I can't afford that much.

Is it possibe to drop charges?
Can we drop the charges without hiring a Attorney?

Please guide us...

I am a truck driver....Iam driving between Chicago- California -Toronto and back Chicago. I never know exactly when I will be at home. If I will stay at home for a week it is gona hurt me financialy. We have 2 little boys and we still have payment on truck and trailer and we are already in financial trouble. How can I be excused from jury duty? I was not born in US so my English is not best so I may not very well understand some words.

I just saw it for the first time. I know it's prop. but....Wow?
I mean. what a way to get your point across. I once asked my dad what he though of the middle east *this was years ago* He said it's perfect for a parking lot *at the time i didn't know what that meant* However now that i'm older i disagree with him. When i see things like this i just think to myself....wow...I know it's a protest in london. I just wonder if these people are even aware of what they are doing?

Along the past two years, my husband has been quite irresponsible with his parking tickets. We've fixed all the NY parking tickets, but are almost positive we have some outstanding in NJ, does anybody know a website that I can look up our parking tickets just by plate # ?

Sectarian violence is within that nation (for the most part) and is their own killing their own.. and ours in the process.. why are we in the middle of that? How many terrorists are our troops actually capturing/killing? An honest question because in my mind there are plenty of things we could be doing that would be much more effective in the war on terror than spinning our wheels in the middle of sectarian violence.

My sister had been petitioned by my parents here in the US for the category under : Unmarried sons or daughters of permanent residents over the age of 21. . . that is way back WHEN SHE WAS STILL SINGLE...but now that her status had change... because of the long waiting ...she now have 3 children and still wondering if marrying the father of these children will affect the priority date or what are the chances to bring her family with her and what will be the best chances just stay single unmarried mom until her visa comes or get married with fiancee ...please help thanks?

"tolerates" it to abuse its recruits in boot camp. not only the govt but the USA as a whole, il prove it again. this is for all police officers, case scenario, you are a police officer in san diego, you parked your unit along the fence at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot so u can do paper work. u glanced across the fence, u see a drill instructor choking a recruit. i know u dont have jurisdiction on a military base but would u report this to the military police on base or would you simply smile and turn away? please no long drawn out answers just give me either one of the answers please

A very well respected old and extremely popular Priest in Washington DC was on his death bed and dying, He sent a message to the White House that he wanted Bush & Cheney to be with him in his final monents.

Never missing a chance with a Photo Op they agreed and rushed to his hospital room. The Old Priest thanked them for coming at his request and had Bush sit on one side and Cheney on the other side of him. And they put their hands into his.

Finally Bush could not contain himself any longer and asked "Father why would you want Mr. Cheney and I to be with you in your final monents when we are of different faiths?
