i was on myspace i jus signed in and i a saw something on my log in page. And this comment was sponsered by ebay and myspace they said some racist things can i sue???

Sounds like someone got hacked -- either ebay or myspace.
Yes, it was disgusting, but I seriously doubt either service wants to antagonize users of those services.
Some freak with too much time on his hands did it.
Is it still up?
Have you heard any more about it?
Have you checked for announcements or relevant news items?
Bet you'll hear about it, and bet it turns out to be some twerp hacker.

Listen -- if it was there, it was certainly not put there on eBay (on purpose). There are many hackers around, you know, who can do things to make it look like a company is spamming, or sending harassing or offensive messages.
Report it to Myspace. They'll take corrective action (unless it's already gone, which shows that there WAS corrective action.)

If it was a threat you can press charges. BUt if it's just something that you don't agree with you can't do anything. Delete the comment and get on with your life.
