This was a poorly phrased and intentionally bigotted question that was posted.

Illegal is illegal, however, Cuban refugees who reach US soil are given the opportunity to apply for political asylum whereas Haitians are not.

cuz US hates Fidel Castro. my problem is why is it ok for illegal Cubans to stay and other foreigners are condemned.... i guess its just politics :(
