Bush has proven himself unwilling (possibly unable) to listen to reason or to the will of anyone.

Even if the entire country, or even the entire world told him to knock it off and get a clue, he would respond "I don't want to, and you can't make me! I'M the Decider!"

*EDIT -- and it's not about "winning" the war. You can't "win" a war with no stated goals. (Removal of Saddam? Check. WMDs? Never there to begin with...so check. Democratic gov't in Iraq? Check. To those that say we still have more to do there, what exactly would that be?)

Mr. bush has his own agenda, and damit he's the decider. He has never listened to his military advisers that actually have military experience so why should he pay attention to the majority of Americans?
