A polar bear in a german zoo has rejected and abandoned her cub, the zoo decided to raise the cub on their own. The animal activists have criticized them by saying that

"in the wild the cub would be left to die and thats what the zoo should do."

According to the activists the zoo is getting in the way of nature. I thought avtivists were supposed to care about an animals well being. Are they running out of things to do? Inquiring minds want to know.

I hear that certain places in NY and I think CA have smoke free cities. I would like to know how did the city go about getting that policy of "no smoking in public places"? Congress is messing around with a $2.8 trillion budget. That is more money than the GNP of all countries except Germany and Japan in 2005. The entire GNP of China couldn't run the US government for 1 year.

Go to Canada and Mexico and just walk in.They wont stop you,and then sign up for welfare,and section 8.They can't ask for I,D. then check in at the hospital for free food,and stay awhile no need to pay.It is all free.

neither fits. Since the rest of us have to pick a name, why do she and her cohorts get to go with "top contributor" with no name, "Special" and "Official (what)"?
