Oh please. I know you think that you are very logical in your thought process, but there is no test of critical thinking that your question would pass with anything but a "FALSE" conclusion.

Fact is, that in this country we have a right to free speech as long as it doesn't endanger the lives of other citizens.

We can burn flags.

Call our President the worst possible names.

Call black people the "N" word.

Call white people crackers.

Etc.

However, "political correctness" has and is taking over our free exercise of speech to the point that there is much that cannot be said, even though we still have the right to say them.

The loss of freedoms should cause actual physical discomfort or pain. Maybe then we would recognize the insidious encroachment of our freedoms.

Actually it was the conservative republicans that moved us out of the era of using the N-word it was the democrats in the south that repressed the blacks.
