Bush has a lot to overcome as we have seen from his past actions is he really to blame or something else .

They don't have the wherewithal to expand the sources of their information. And above all -- far above all -- they don't think.

BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- Iraqi insurgents used two children as cover to get through a checkpoint in Baghdad and then blew up the car while the kids were still inside, a U.S. general said Tuesday.

The car went through a checkpoint Sunday and parked by a market across the street from a school, said Maj. Gen. Michael Barbero, deputy director for regional operations in the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Two adults jumped from the car, leaving the children in the back. Moments later, the car exploded, witnesses said. (Watch Barbero describe how insurgents are interested only in slaughter )

The two children and three bystanders died in the blast, and seven others were hurt, Pentagon officials said.

The attack raises fresh concerns about insurgents using children to throw off troops, Barbero said.

"Children in the back seat lower suspicion. We let it move through," he said.

A U.N. report released in January 2006 highlighted insurgents' use of children as suicide bombers in Iraq.

I swore in at MEPS and signed my contract.My date for basic training is June 26.A week after I swore in at MEPS, my recruiter called me and said that MEPS after they ran by background ck, found a warrant 4 my arrest for not completing my 24 community serv. from a 1998 misdemeanor charge for thefy under $300.My recruiter and I called all the police stations,court houses, district attny's and clerk of courts and they all say they have no record of me having any warrants, so my recruiter got a report stating that i have no record, and made me fill out a hand written statement describing what happened that night, and why i did not report it to MEPS, so they can try to get a waiver from his CO or Chief, so I can still leave for basic, but it has been 2 weeks,and my recruiter syays he has not heard anything yet from the CO. Is this normal, for it to take this long? And what will be the outcome?
