Does the ultimatum of receiving a discount on your purchase of a state license affect your decision to be an organ donor?

The ultimadum= you choose to be an organ donor even though there is no longer a reduced dollar option or you continue being on the donor list regardless or the "financial benefits" you receive.

That is not an ultimatum. It is a tax incentive to take a certain act that the legislature has decided is desirable.
