i got a letter saying i was number 3 on the waiting list for the area i want to be rehoused in, does this sound positve being number 3, or am i building my hopes up?

Where I live the waiting list is 20 years long. Be grateful I'd say!
Even people with an urgent need are on the list 4 years here in Cornwall.

it is positive but you have to take into account that most of the time when a property becomes vacant its usually because the tenant has died not in all cases but alot so I guess being 3rd on the list is a good thing but there are no guareantees when you will be housed

my daughter is at the top of the list but still has several years to wait as there is other people at the top also, remember if someone moves to your town from elsewhere including refugees they go to the top of the list. I stay in Scotland

Do you mean government subsidized housing? There shouldn't be such a thing but since there is, how does it feel to be on a list to get housing?

Just a bit of a peek into what nationalized health care will be like.

3 is good . but doesnt mean youll be third! people can still be
put ahead of you.it it is positive .better than 1003!
