coming from a college female (personal preference)
the guy:
1. have a common religious background as me
2. in college or graduated from college
3. good to great relationship with faimily (that means parents)
4. treats me with respect
5. good to high grades 3.0 GPA
6. has a great head on his shoulders
7. goes to school full time and manages a part time job too
8. has more than 5 friends......from the college he attends (or graduated from) or has 5 friends from work (if he's full-time AND graduated from college)
9. doesn't waste his money on stupid things
10. has a car that can from point a to point b
11. surprises his girlfriend or interest with flowers from time to time
