Spin? There is nothing to spin on that site. True Conservatism would be what Barry Goldwater the father of Conservatism would call it. He was pro-choice and was for the government staying out of the peoples business. The far right is just as scary as the far left my friend. Moveon.org owns each Democratic presidential candidate and WILL call in favors when the time is right so be careful how you vote and I beg all of you to look deeply into their agenda.
If a Democrat is elected don't expect the Patriot Act to go away.
It may simply just have a different name.

John McCain not so Patriot Act friendly is against lobbyist influence in Washington and is a true American hero.

It does not take a lawyer or a judge to be able to understand the constitution. It is abundantly clear.

However, when liberals view the document as a "living" document in that it is subject to "interpretation" and in need of update, then you get the sort of things that your site claims to be solid constitutional issues.

They aren't.

They are, for the most part, liberal attempts to write in what they think the constitution means. And what they think it means is in alignment with your liberal agenda.

Since the liberals have not been as successful in getting laws passed that they want, they have turned to getting liberal judges onto courts that are willing to legislate from the bench.

That is what your site really is. A wish list of things that you hope a liberal court will rule on that will become "law", bypassing the legislative process that you know wouldn't pass in the first place.

I do not agree with you.

This outta be rich.... off to read and then will come back with full comment...

OK, here is the deal... When the constitution was written it was to keep freedom from the king. At that time no one could have envisioned the horrors taking place in the world today. Someone needs to do something to keep this country safe. If we don't close our borders, lock up terrorist and keep rouge states under control, we will all be dead!

Show me a Supreme Court Decision that says Bush is doing something unconstitutional and he continues to do it.

I think the Executive Branch needs more power. I think the law's hands are too tied right now.

I think Liberals cry themselves to sleep every night, wallowing in the impotence.
