Is it illegal for someone to open your mail and packages without your knowledge? Then goes and breaks it and causing the chance of returning it and/or using it?

1. There will be no special bilingual programs in the schools,

6. If foreigners do come and want to buy land that will be okay, BUT options will be restricted. You are not allowed to own waterfront property. That property is reserved for citizens naturally born into this country.
7. Foreigners may not protest; no demonstrations, no waving a foreign flag, no political organizing, no bad-mouthing our president or his policies. If you do you will be sent home.

"Republican officials operating at the behest of the White House have begun seeking a possible successor to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, whose support among GOP lawmakers on Capitol Hill has collapsed, according to party sources familiar with the discussions.

Among the names floated Monday by administration officials are Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff and White House anti-terrorism coordinator Frances Townsend. Former Deputy Attorney General Larry Thompson is a White House prospect. So is former solicitor general Theodore B. Olson, but sources were unsure whether he would want the job.

Republican sources also disclosed that it is now a virtual certainty that Deputy Attorney General Paul J. McNulty, whose incomplete and inaccurate congressional testimony about the prosecutors helped precipitate the crisis, will also resign shortly. "

Why do they all act the same, talk the same, think the same, and work the same (not much). I can spot a liberal on the street and tell them every thought in their little head just by seeing their Che shirt. Pro-abortion, socialist, atheist, pacifist, anti-drug laws, tree-hugger, vegan, etc etc. Why are they all the same? Could they all be born from the same lazy, pathetic father?

I am a registered independant. I do not buy the whole left side, and certianly do not buy the whole right side. When I got on I thought I was pretty right in the center. However, my correspondence with liberals has convinced me that liberalism has grown dangerously out of touch with the realities of our world. I am getting scared that I am learning I am more right of what the rest of the world considers "Center".

Has this happened to anyone else???

Since we all have choices of how we live our lives, why do alot of women make it out to seem like they have no choices, or that we want to take choices away from them?

I could understand if we didnt have to have sex to get pregnant, if we conceived by no fault of our own, just randomly. B ut thats not how its works, we make the choice to either protect oursleves or not, we make the choice to have sex.

I have recently become aware of a troubling situations w/ in my family. My niece has told numerous ppl that when I was 10 (I am now 28 and she is 20) I made her give me a "handjob" which is very much not true. This can be proven as we were rarely around each other and when we were it was in a family situation, not to mention the age difference makes it almost impossible. She is using this to dis-credit me against my family/friends/community and god knows who else because my father recently passed away and left most of us a sizable amount of money in which she was left out and is very bitter about this. She has told many ppl this and most are more than willing to help me out as most know why she is doing this. I want to legaly force her to come clean publicaly and possibly sue her. What can I do as I am seeking employment and we both live in the same small community and this is going to possibly affect my job search and community status. Please Help w/ whatever u can. Thanks
