There is a "woman" in my class who is very proud of her ILLEGAL husband that works in the construction field..."he is a very hard worker"...well you know the song and dance...

Well I overheard a conversation between her and our prof. This is a race and gender class, and she has plans to bring him to class one night...not sure if he is going to be a guest speaker...or what...but regardless he is coming to class...

What can I do as a person that is so against illegal immigration? She is very proud of him and CONSTANTLY brags about his illegality...this will not go over well...I am going to file a formal complaint with the school....but I know some on here are even better than me at this...I would really appriciate you input...

To me she might as well be bringing in a rapist or a thief...they are all the same in my book...nothing but a criminal.

70% of us agree he's a bad president, but I'm starting to feel a little sorry for him.

Do you think his inability to learn from his mistakes, his selection of advisors who have led him toward disaster, and other poor decision-making skills might be due to a little bit alcohol-induced brain damage?

He does have trouble getting his words out correctly sometimes...

Hi.

I have to write a paper about a political campaign speech done within the last 2 years. I have to disect the speech for word manipulation, double-talk, catch phrases, etc. I really wanted to use Arnold Schwartz..... because I should be able to have a lot to say about that piece of crap. we live in californian, he was at the courthouse all day today and his employer is still making him come to work and says he does not get overtime for it. is this legal?

in essence my husband served 8 hours at the courthouse and then still has to put in an 8 hours of work tonight with no overtime.

can they really do that?

Ok i was doing 74 in a 60 , cop lasered me at 926 feet , i was wondering , since it is my first offence of any sort with driving , will i loos my lisence or just pay fine or somthing How should i go about telling judge. I seperated from the USAF (active duty - 9 years) in 1995 - Honorable under SSB. I had someone ask me if I would consider joining the USAFR. Does anyone know if I can? What is the max. age limit for prior service? I thought I found 29 yrs. old but he says 42? Also, I am a disabled vet would going into the reserves effect this?

I was currently placed on probation and and my probation officer seems to be coming up with all these different programs and groups and what not. It's getting very expensive and none of it was ordered by the judge, she's just coming up with something new every month it seems.

Today, she called my wife and asked her to come in to talk to her while I was at work. My wife went in and my P.O. proceeded to tell her my offense and showed her the police report (which she refused to show to me by the way). Anyway, nothing came out of it, because I already told my wife everything, but could this be construed as harassment, or am I crazy?

I was due into work at 3pm on a Friday, and to work an overnight shift until 3pm on Saturday. But found that I was only told just to "gather my things and go home" by a replacement
employee. No contact or written explaination provided. Just told by someone new. This cant be allowed right? It is now Tues. and no one has called me since or told me anything about whats going on or what I am suppose to do now with the company. I recieved 2 service awards and an evaluation in the last two weeks and the evaluation was good and included a raise. So how is a company allowed to mess your head like this? I'm confused and have no idea as to my personal rights as an employee in this situation. Please advise.

Since when do cops performing in the line of duty get indicted? What kind of message does this send? Al Sharpton, the race pimp who set up the system with the Tawana Brawley hoax. How can good people watch and let this go by? All that results from this is cops become afraid to enforce the law, thus black and crimes prosper. What do you think of this?
