38. Senator Bob Graham also said: "High officials in [the Saudi Arabian] government, who I assume were not just rogue officials acting on their own, made substantial contributions to the support and wellbeing of two of these terrorists and facilitated their ability to plan, practise and then execute the tragedy of September 11." These investigations remain blocked, classified, covered-up and unresolved to this day by the Bush administration's clear Obstruction of Justice.

39. Senator and 9/11 Commissioner Max Cleland resigned, saying: "This is the most serious independent investigation since the Warren Commission. And after watching History Channel shows on the Warren Commission last night, the Warren Commission blew it. I'm not going to be part of that. I'm not going to be part of looking at information only partially. I'm not going to be part of just coming to quick conclusions. I'm not going to be part of political pressure to do this or not do that. I'm not going to be part of that. This is serious."

Listening to every phone conversation going on by every ordinary American citizen? As far as civil liberties are concerned, are we not still able to have any conversation we want on the phone? Do you censor what you are saying on the phone in fear that the government is coming for you? And finally, did you know you are a terrible American and not worthy of living in this country if you don't care if they ARE listening to your phone conversations in the name of National Security?

I will give an example: The anti-drunk driving campaign. Personally I found the ads they had a while back that showed the victim happy in the prime of their life, using empathy, more motivationg than the ads that showed mangled cars.

If an organiztion has a positive agenda, is it still necessary to play on the fears of the public to promote it?

Is this fear based marketing the reason why we are so polarized politically in the US?

Im not taking a side here. I just think you guys in politics can be so entertaining. So go ahead, rant away.....

Under the Patriot act, Bush could seize your computer, and lock you up indefinitely without trial based on any anti-Bush statements you make here.

Does this worry you as much as it worries me?

I was very unexpectedly fired from my job a couple weeks ago. It was a Thursday when my boss, a dirtrict manager, found out and had me meet her to turn my things and tell me I was terminated, this was a shock to her, she had just put me in charge of a project recently. I talked with some people I worked with today and found out that another district manager I know knew I was going to be fired the Monday of that week and his whole crew knew about it. Noone wanted to call me because they were afraid of getting in trouble. I mentioned that to my mom and she suggested I may be able to sue for breech of confidentuality since it had been discussed with this other district manager and my district manager didnt know until Thursday. I do not want to get this other district manager or anyone in his crew in trouble. If I could prove this could I sue the company? If I did sue would it be worthwhile and not get people I do not want in trouble?

Air Defense Failures: Promotions and No Reprimands
Despite the enormity and inexplicable nature of the failures of NORAD, the Air National Guard, and the Air Force to protect New York City and Washington D.C., no public investigation has been conducted, and no officials have been reprimanded. To the contrary, General Richard Myers, Acting Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on September 11th, was confirmed as Chairman just two days later, despite his inability to answer basic questions about the failures. Richard Eberhart, commander of NORAD at the time of the attack, was later chosen to head the newly created Northern Command.

...today? H1b applicants can only start working on Oct 1, 2007 if they get certified. But if you try to get the foreign labor certification online it won't allow you to enter Oct 1 because it is later than 6 months from today. How crucial is it to enter the exact start date for an H1b employee??

We've seen corruption, lies, failed policies, and a willingness to waste young American lives as he's wasted taxpayer dollars. I for one am tired, especially, of the endless war he's signed us up for.

My sister was charger with possession of a controlled substance. She's made a huge turnaroung between now and then, so she got off with only community service. However, my mom had to pay for a lawyer. How do they determine whether or not someone is financially able to afford a lawyer? I mean, she makes a fair amount, but most of it goes to our house. And what if my sister just wanted to represent herself? Apparently the government could fine my mom if she wouldn't pay for a lawyer or something stupid! This really doesn't seem fair or constitutional to me!!
