Where can I find an example of the complaint to a congressman?

I would like to write a compaint ( petition) to the congressman.
Could anybody suggest me a website or a link where I can find a sample of the compaints to the congressmen?

It depends if you want to complain TO a congressman or ABOUT one.In either case writing about problems usually acconplishes as much as throwing money at them.Best approach, during Congressional Recess, your rep. will be in town, find out where he of she is go there and talk to him or her, and ask who in their local office and or D.C. office you should talk to for follow up, now when you call the local office(or D.C,) you have earned the tight to say, Nancy Pellosi (or whoever) told me to talk to you about..........Repeat the process, plague them, dont give up put them on speed dial.
