You can go to USPS.com to order stamps online.
You can use the stamps by mail envelope that is delivered to your house 3-4 times a year.
If you've ordered before you can do Stamps By Fax.
Those are at least three ways that letter carriers DO deliver stamps.
The option someone mentioned about leaving an envelope with cash in your mailbox is not a very good idea.

It does, but you have to either fax in the request to your local office or use the Stamps By Mail program. Contact your local office for details on this.

right, they use to do this--at ur box--just had to leave a note asking for them and leave the money--but now like all goverment offices --not enough money to be made--and stamps beings raised 100% and going up again in a month--cannot help the taxpayers --too busy trying to pass legislation to get more tax dollars fr. us-and no time left to pass an act to give us a break--been through it and paid-paid--and paid

Mine does. I put my order in an orange envelope and they give me stamps the next day.

They will if you ask them,put the money in a envelope,a note saying what you would like.Most all carriers are really great people.
