I got my W-2 and when i looked at the federal tax withheld section it was off about $800, however admittedly i did not keep my recent paystubs this being my first job i did not kno any better. i contacted my employer the second week in jan to ask for a duplicate paystub and the woman in payroll said they don't hav it so i figured i lucked out and i continued to file my tax and i got my fed refund but today i happened to stumble across a paystub from oct with the tax withheld already exceeded the amount they stated and from oct to dec i've earned about $3,000 what should i do to resolve this. as a side note i consistantly fight with my company with gettin paid and missing hrs, and checks altogether, so i don't believe this is a simple oversight on their part

Ok,so I came across something back around Christmas time where you could send a Christmas card to the troops that are overseas and couldnt make it home for the holidays. Well b/c of terrorists attacks/threats,the cards all had to be returned and none of the soldiers got them. I have family overseas that are in the military that I can sometimes talk to during "free" time, and they have told me that there are some of our soldiers who dont have many ppl that they can get online with. I was just wondering if anyone knew of a chat room or something like that so I can try to join and speak w/the troops. If anyone knows of any please let me know.

How do you know which group to join? I know what each branch specializes in but if you haven't had any experience, they all kind of sound the same/ I don't care which because they seem the same.
Do most people join a particular branch because it's in their families?
How can the people's attitudes be characterized in the army, navy, etc.?

(BTW- I want to work as a nurse.)

look people... immigrants do not take any money from the government what so ever. in fact, every type of help from the U.S. government requires S.S.N. and other sorts of information. something an illegal doesnt have. so why would they risk getting deported by asking for help from the government? doesnt make sense. And other ppl saying that they dont pay taxes or what not. but yet, this happens to be false as well. personally, all illegals i know do pay taxes with an ITIN number given to them by the IRS. they get no tax return or any of that. its designed for them to pay taxes. they use their real names and other info because they know they are not at risk of gettin caught. heres more info on that

what would you do if ur government was currupt and u really couldnt do nothing about it. if u had the oportunity to better ur familys lifes, would u take it no matter what?.. they just want a better life for their families.

child has spent the night out, the names of the people, etc... before I met my ex I was raped, lost a daughter, and was attacked and kidnapped from my home... needless to say, I went over the edge. I got some psychiatric help. Then I met my ex and married someone I didn't know, who lied about his age, how many times he'd been married, what he did for a living... he cleaned me out. He was a "Christian".... now 8 years later, I live in another state, going to school... I left after he beat me while I was pregnant. He was convicted of spousal abuse and has since gotten a full mental disability. He keeps telling the GAL things that are lies... He lives in a huge house that defies his SS check. I don't even know what the accusation is. Should my attorney know that? I really don't feel like he's helping me. He just tells me not to worry about it and fill out the papers. Meanwhile, how do you tell your child's friend's your being investigated?

Any help would be great. I have a friend who doesnt have internet access at the moment. He is paying an outrageous amount for child support. I have heard of people filing a hardship to get the amount reduced (he's not trying to duck out of child support so please no nastygrams!) If this is possible how does one go about it?

I was in the Viet Nam War , And as i watch all the troops being killed by Roadside bombs I have to wonder , What Idiot Sets up convoys without first securing the convoy route , You Know All The way back in WWII they were smart enough to do a sweep for land Mines ahead of troop advance . Do not you people Know how
to secure the roadway you are going to be travleing on ? Or Maybe your Leaders need some "leader" Training ,It doesnt seem like they Know Much about Leading .

Ok i just wanna clear this up on how this was a terrorist attack. First: about i don't know let me take a stab in the dark here 1000 people saw it.


Second: i never heard a controlled demolition that kills 3000

Third: Bush may be stupid and evil but he can't get away with that
