Well, he is dumb, but he is not the only one. Just like we had great presidents, we do have the worst. No, gov is perfect.
But, I like to call him slick, because he can do anything and get a way with it. The war in afghanistan and iraq for example. Or may be our goody goody relationship with north korea. Or maybe our contnuious kidanpping of innocent people from the world, torturing them, stripping them naked, and throwing them in guantameno.
This man is getting away with it, and we can not do anything. Not, us the citizens, or the world gov.s. But, may be he is not really that dumb after all. I think he knows what he is doing, I think that we are the ones who need a brain, and start to think about this huge problem called Bush or rather the skulls and bones.
Then again, that is just my personal opinion.

Now let's avoid ad hominem attacks.
You might ask if George Bush is the most inarticulate president? There is evidence for that. To use a non-specific adjective like dumb makes the question impossible to answer.
Generally when one refers to an elected official as dumb, one is actually voicing a disagreement with the elected officials policies and views. It is a banal and inarticulate disagreement because the statement conveys no information other than disagreement. it adds nothing to a policy debate beyond saying I disagree.
I think you the questioner should go back and articulate where you disagree with the president. Then perhaps you can calmly and coherently explain what your proposals and policies are and why they are better.

In my opinion, George "W" Bush is the dumbest president in history, when it comes to his intelligence quotient (IQ). However, when it comes to being the worst president or being dumb economically about the nation, Mr. Herbert Hoover takes the cake! When asked of what he thought about the nation economically one year before the depression, he said something along the lines that he saw the future to be brighter than it had been (the country was in an economic boom)! Could he have been more wrong?! Anyway, I hope I answered your question. :)

im Canadian so i dont follow american politics in depth, but i do notice most of the sign waving anti-bush demograph are decidedly ignorant and seem quite adamant Bush is horrible but offer no reasons why.i dont think any of you really know why you hate Bush, other than it seems politically correct at the moment. Most of the time i see a question like this and it happens to have some answers from intelligent articulate people, the vote for Bush is alot more even. This indicates to me that the more well informed among you see at least some redeeming qualities in your president.I guess what im saying is,you all look like a pack of yapping hyenas that probly didnt get off your x-box long enough to vote anyway.

Grow up....
George W. Bush is a hero.
He does what is takes to protect America. Freedom is not free. Many men have lost their lives to protect this country. We are at WAR.
Do you understand that?
No you don't, but George W. Bush is a true leader.
Get off his back and realize he is keeping your sorry unpatriotic butt safe.

No he is not by any stretch of the imagination. He recognizes the muslim threat to this country and all the free people of the world. he is taking very cautious steps in trying to contain them. If anything, he should be more aggressive in the fight against Islamic ideals

How could he be? I mean he tricked Poor Hillary, Fiengold, Pelosi, Edwards, Kennedy, and Kerry into going along with it, right? You gotta be a genius to trick them. A virtual mastermind!
(This is a humorous answer, alright?)

You don't get into the academy he attended as a young man no matter who your daddy is. Yale won't accept you without good grades. Funny he and John Kerry both went to Yale, and Kerry, who most of you support, had worse grades. Must be why he isn't president.
