The League of Women Voters usually have a good breakdown, but it might be too early since many of the candidates have not really addressed many of the issues, unlike John Edwards who as a plan for universal health care and for getting us out of Iraq. I haven't heard Hillary or Barack speak on either of these. I haven't really been paying much attention to any of the others, i.e. Bill Richardson, Joe Biden, Dennis Kucinich, etc.
