If a person who's not an American, nor lives in America, comes to America with a tourist visa, and dies in America; will his body be returned to the country he was born in, if it says in his will that he wants to be buried in America? Does he have the right to be buried in America, if he really, really wants it? And he put it in his will? The person is from Europe.

reciting an oath to a piece of fabric that represents manmade borders is pretty much like attempting to communicate with a religious diety that you have never seen or met, right?

My child's father does not have a legitimate job, he lives in another state, he does not do anything for the child (almost no phone calls, no money sent, no visits to the child). I provide all care for my child and he has lived with me since birth. I need to file for child support but I don't have alot of money to spend on court fees, lawyers, etc. Does it cost much to just file for it? Can I file for it in CA even though my child was born in another state? Even though he doesn't have a ligitimate job, will the father still be liable for a fixed amount? Do I not get any actual money until his wages are garnished? These may seem like stupid questions but in the state of CA it is not easy to find resources on the this. Does anyone know of any?

It's incredible to see so many cons prancing up and down using the fact that we stopped Saddam to validate the war, meanwhile most dictators in the Middle East are much worse than Saddam ever was.
But anyway, answer the question. I'd like to see responses from both sides.

It's better than capital punishment....but is it still ethical?

A poor chap was imprisoned for 99 years. Some get 30 years...40 years or so. What's left after that? What life can an adult have after spending 40-50 years in prison? They may even die in the term. Every human has a right to live, but by putting them away for so many years, you are taking their right away from them. What about redemption? What about forgiveness? No human being deserves to be imprisoned for more than 20 years. No crime is worth that punishment.

After watching those Fred Phelps protests and getting a little angry over their invasion of privacy on dead soldier's funerals, I wondered if it was infringing upon their freedom of religion.

In this case, does freedom of speech or protest infringe upon the freedom of religion where prayers are being read and a ceremony is being conducted in the name of Christianity?

I frequently see or hear RedsStaters claiming the US Army is responsiable for many altruistic acoumplishments in Iraq, Like building schools, rebuilding hospitals, Feed and clothing children, repairing irriagation and fresh water systems, revitalizing communities, The list is vast.

Yet these same public works if carried out in America would be dispicable acts of liberalism.

Save the Baghdad and destroy the New Orlean. It's as crazy as save the seals and abort the babies.

I simply don't understand the douality of RedsStaters.

I have heard four sonic booms in San Diego (possibly from Miramar?) in the last three days. It has shaken the house from the inside out and completely freaked the animals.
I thought it was illegal to do this?
And yes, I do know a sonic boom when I hear one, it is unmistakable. I grew up 1 mile from NAS Oceana, and they would do it occasionally and then deny it.
