Living? Or all? Living, there is Jimmy Carter, George Bush Sr., Bill Clinton, George Bush Jr. That makes 4. All presidents total is 43, George Walker Bush being the 43rd president. Jefferson Davis was the first president of the Confederacy, but not of the United States of America. If you want presidents of corporations, I can't help you on that! LOL

One President at a time, right now George W. takes that honor. There have been 43 in all, starting of course with George Washington in 1789. Of course, you could be talking about presidents of companies and organizations etc.. In that case, I'm actually sitting across the room from a President right now, the president of the company I work for.

Well, there are Presidents of Companies, Presidents of Associations, etc. ...so, there are MANY "Presidents" in the US but only one President OF the US.
