I'm very curious to why so many liberals intend on claiming that Libertarians are like neocons. I understand that we are not Liberals, but I would like some clearification on why you think Libertarians are like Neoconservatives?

CO2 levels are currently at 380 ppm, highest levels in the last 650 million years. Highest levels before were peaks of 290 ppm, lowest were troughs of 240 ppm corresponding with ice ages. CO2 levels correlate directly with temperature. High atmospheric CO2 levels started to upturn in the last 50 years. 21 of the 25 hottest years recorded have happened since 1980. The vast majority of the worlds' scientists agree that humans greenhouse gas emissions contribute to the problem and that we could reverse the trend.

This evidence is not enough to convince some of you who seem to think it's about politics and not science.

So my question to you is what scientific evidence WOULD convince you that the elevated greenhouse gas levels in the atmosphere and elevated global temps are due in part to humans?

Why can't people be open minded. I know lots of people who don't agree with him that enjoy his show and I know people who wish him harm who have never listened to his show for a second. How can someone really feel that way by just listening to his critics. I don't agree with James Carville or Bill Mahr but I find them entertaining. I don't dislike them.

I was a witness to a crime in 2005 at my undergraduate university. Last Wednesday (Feb 21st) an officer from the university police called me and told me that I am subpoenaed to go to court for the crime I witnessed. The court date is this Wednesday (Feb 28th)...Tomorrow! The problem is he just told me that I was subpoenaed, I never received anything in the mail and no uniformed officer came to my door to deliver it. I am currently a grad student and live over over 2 and 1/2 hours away from the courthouse. Do I have to go to court if I never received the actual subpoena? Will there be ramifications for me?

If someone is married in the military can they live in two different places?
there's this guy i met on the marine base and we've been seeing each other for awhile and there's this girl who keeps stalking me on the base where i work at and she will say i'm his wife and then when i try to talk to her she's backs out and say "nevermind u can date him and be with him it's okay" or she will say he's married and has two kids with me and follow me around the base in her car and pass by about five times a day just looking around at my job. this situation is driving me crazy he says that she's an ex girlfriend and she's lying...she's says that he's lying and then when i try to talk again she back out and say "don't worry about it i'm telling u for the second time that u can be with him and i wish u two the best." she says they live in military housing but then he introduced me to his roomate and they live about 50 miles from the base when she says that he lives a few blocks away from the base. Can he be in the military & live in two places at the same time? no rude comm

Mexico has some of the worst immigration laws there is we as americans cannot apply for medical fiscal or food benefits there if we are not citizens and they are even harsher to their southern bordering countries. they also do not provide legal assistance to any crimes that may have been commited by an illegal alien there or if they do provide one they delay the proceedings for years while they rot in jail yet come to the usa and demand help and hand outs. what is the deal ?
