Mexico has some of the worst immigration laws there is we as americans cannot apply for medical fiscal or food benefits there if we are not citizens and they are even harsher to their southern bordering countries. they also do not provide legal assistance to any crimes that may have been commited by an illegal alien there or if they do provide one they delay the proceedings for years while they rot in jail yet come to the usa and demand help and hand outs. what is the deal ?

Yes they are hypocrites, and even their legal immigrants never have anything close to the same rights as their natural born citizens.

Yes they are. I live in Mexico and I´ve been struggling with their immigration system since 2005. You have to renew your stay in the country every year, and prove why you are staying and that you can support yourself economically. Each time you renew there is an almost 200 dollar fee involved. In order to get a work permit you have to prove that you have found a Mexican employer who will hire you and this employer has to prove why they need you to work for them and not a Mexican citizen. The Mexican immigration process involves a lot of paperwork, hassle, inefficiency and money.

We in America are weak for cheap labor. That is all it boils down to. I'd rather pay a dollar more here and there to not have this country turn into a toilet bowel.
