i have a manger that i think is picking on me she belives what every one elsa says and never hears my side she shouts at me then leaves never waiting for a reply i think she is jelours of me . is she in the wrong and what can i do

You can talk to her why she is doing such things to you. And if she again behaves with you in the same manner, then you can take a legal action against her.

Find a new job or talk to someone in HR.
If you don't get satisfaction, call a labor law attorney.

if she's yells at you alot it could be deemed as harrassment.
