I'm an Independent who leans towards the conservative side somewhat. But I do believe that global warming is a problem! The only argument is: What is causing it? Is it us? Or is it something else. Without a doubt, our environment is much more polluted than it was 100 years ago. I hope that one day we can all use alternative sources of energy to help the problem with pollution. Even though I cannot say for sure that we are the source of global warming I know without a doubt that we are the problem when it comes to polluting rivers and lakes and ect. I would assume that this could not help global warming for sure!

The tenants are poor. Requests sexual favors in lieu of deposit. The sicko is married. He targets women with low self esteem,druggies and anyone he thinks he can. We want to present something to the police that will hold up in court.
The second landlord is also married and owns a lot more property, preys on women the same way. He has a lot of buildings which are run down and ready for foreclosure and also doesn't keep the apartments up to state standards but tenants are poor also. Population of area is about 30,000.

That there are NO pictures of any of the alleged hijackers at the airports where they boarded the planes that crashed?
Ever before 9/11, it was impossible to board a flight without being videotaped at numerous place in an airport--when you enter, at the ticket/baggage counter, in the waiting lounge and at the boarding gate.
Yet no pictures.
Kinda makes you go hmmmmm doesn't it?

n the US army as a translator aide soldier (an MOS) and he told him that he doesn't have to be a US citizen/permanent resident nor a green card holder to join.......what the hell? I mean check this out http://www.goarmy.com/translator/index.jsp#requirements

is he lying to him? if not then why do they say that you can't join unless you're a citizen or a greencard holder in their website?

I am dazzled.

I just got my first speeding ticket at 4am on my way home, riverside, ca. the limit was 65 mph but i got clocked at 102 mph. I'm a starving student and I don't have a money to pay for it. When I asked for a copy of my medical records, my Miami Florida medical clinic said I had to pay $60. The records contained only 3 pages and when I told them that the law said, the provider should charge $1 per page, the clinic said "that is our policy".
I filed a complaint with the state of florida agency that deals with these matters, sent a copy of the receipt and filled the agency questionaire. the agency accepted my complaint as properly filed. After several weeks they sent me a letter saying simply that the provider had not violated the law. Nothing further.
With government agencies like this how can the american people trust and respect the government?

I have always wondered why Massachusetts and Virginia are considered Commonwealths. I know Puerto Rico is a commonwealth of the US, and I always though that a commonwealth was a part of the country but not quite a state... I have tried to look it up but I have never been able to figure it out (my US History teacher from high school couldn't evem tell me why...) So I was just wondering if anyone might know.

Naturalized American citizens have come here for years, to escape the past and start life anew. They have created business, became ceos and presidents of companys, and gone nationwide across America. Even though the Constitution prohibits naturalized citizens from running for Presiden, I want to know what you all think.

I am taking an online biology class because I am having a baby in a few months. The teacher does weird things like telling us to study for a particular test and we do and he intentionally puts the wrong test on there (and of course I fail), he gets super mad when you ask him anything about your grade and says everything is your fault, he lies alot too. The dean put me in this class and I asked the teacher if I could finish it in person, he lied and said I never asked him such a thing and ignored me. I make 100s on my homework but my tests I fail miserably. I study for them like crazy. He writes me back insulting emails and questions my mental state and intelligence level. I am an adult, with rights and dont feel I should be treated this bad. I forwarded some of his nasty emails to the dean and kept all of them and the dean never responded. This guy also sells his notes in the college bookstore and expects us to pay $7.00 for a good grade. I hate to quit because I need it for insurance.

In ur opinion, which amendment does the most to

-establish justice
-ensure domestic tranquility
-provide for the common defense
-promote general welfare
-secure the blessings of liberty

IMPORTANT: You only need to choose one amendment, and how it did most to ONE dash....like for example THE X AMENDMENT DID MOST to PROMOTE GENERAL WELFARE....etcetc
