Amazing how these people work. Then say that they are worthy of our votes. John Murtha should have been exposed 25 yrs ago when this happened. Then maybe the democrats or anyone else for that matter wouldn't have voted for him all these years that this video washidden from public view. I refuse to listen to his plans on Iraq after seeing that he is totally influenced bybribes and favors. What do you think?

Republicans are ready to do everything and anything to preserve as much of their failing party power this next election.

They will even go so far as toimpeded all the progress that COULD be made against this war, for their own political gain, as they attemptto transfer accountability to the democrats to get themselves off the hook, by trying to bait the democrats into a position that says do something, but the only thing that republicans will allow is a full denial of funding to this war.

Democrats are not saying a war on terror is wrong, so long as its done against those that are responsbile for 9/11 -- Al queda.

Democrats arent even saying lets do a complete troop withdrawal. But Republicans are promising to filibuster anything the democrats do, until for the benefit of our troops, they wil be forced to cut funding altogether.

Of course, but its only because a numerical majority hasn't been established. Take the United States for example. Muslims are a minority religious group and they are all about peace and tolerance, but it is because of there lack of numbers and leadership in the American government that they tolerate us. Then you head to Sudan, Saudi, Syria, where the Muslims are the majority and they start talking about Jihad and striking heads and such because their leaders, political and religious preach it to them, even the children. The founder of Islam, Muhammed, not only condoned the killing of infidels, but participated in it and that is who the Imams and Clerics in Middle Eastern countries shape themselves after, the Meccan verses of the Quaran, and here we see the peaceful Medinan verses.

I know many Muslims, and have many friends that are, but I still have my opinion...

Did political orientation have anything to do w/ the civil war ?

I mean obviously even if it did, there were many exceptions, but were many slavery supporters Democrats [or vice versa. I have no idea. Example only] ?

All I know was Lincoln was a Republican.

But was slavery also a political divider in addition to regional issue back then ?


Ps. Yeah I kno, look it up. But I'm too lazy. So does anyone outright kno ? Haha.
