The patriot act is a government conspiracy to increase sales of tinfoil hats to the ultra paranoid.

The Patriot act limits nothing. It gives the authorities the power to hunt terror suspects more easy with out the ACLU in their face and you cannot violate the patriot act unless you are the feds and you overstep your boundaries
