Nothing. She's exceptionally intelligent, well versed in foreign relations, has a vision and solid plan (along w/agreement from many on both sides of the aisle) to solve this country's health care problem, understands the necessity of working with our Allies instead of alienating them and is tough enough to deal with terrorism and any crises that come her way. She's been in training for this job since she graduated with honors in Political Science and had the honor of being the first valedictorian in Wellesley college history ever to be asked to deliver the commencement address. That was just the beginning for her and what she has accomplished since then fills page after page. People who say she's riding her husband's coattails don't know much about her, or her love of politics and this country that started way before she ever met Bill Clinton. I agree with her stand on most of the issues. She's got my vote.

EDIT: Whew the Hillary haters are out tonight lol. Atheist? Oh hell no, that's a lie. Uneducated? Please, the woman's college careers at Wellesley and Yale were stellar, to say the least. This is a great example of the b.s. that you will hear about Hillary. Find out for yourself, she is roundly hated by Republicans and slandered by them ceaselessly.

EDIT: Actually cg, you missed three others - four supporters on this one.

Apart from the fact that I rather leave the country than see her take office a second time, there are a number of things that are bad about her.

Due to the amount of stuff already posted here, I won't repeat the hate most people have for her. The funny thing is that I see so many people that would rather see her with a one-way ticket to the moon with only one air tank - but yet for some unholy reason she's so hugely popular politically!!!! WHAT?

Out of all the comments here, there is only one supporter? Out of everyone I know in person and online, I don't know anyone that supports that witch; they won't even claim to like her a little. No one in my 'circle' even claims to know anyone else who supports her either. How is it possible for everyone to hate her so much, but yet allow her to remain so popular?

Yes, she is a very smart lady, and yes, she has a political roadmap that takes her to the top, where she will rule the world (insert Dr. Evil laugh here). That's why she must be stopped. Our country is going waaaaay downhill with King Bush, and I would really rather not see it get worse with that f**k**g B*t*h...

I guess this is just one more example of how the US political system is broken. It doesn't matter what "the people" think or care about, the politicians think that they are better than the mere mortals that pay their outrageous salary. They will follow whatever agenda pays them the most, follow whatever corporation owns them at the moment, and kneel down in front of whatever other politican they think is "going places" in the near future.

Hillary Clinton is an elitist and a socialist. Her views are incompatible with what America is supposed to be about. She has an agenda that, in my humble opinion, will not go down well with most Americans. If the democrats remain in control of congress and she holds the Whitehouse it could end up destroying the democratic party. I don't think she wants to be president. I think she wants to be the all seeing, all knowing master of time, space and dimension.

She's on an ego trip..

After 12 years of George Bush and father, the Kennedys, and President and Senator Clinton, and Landreau family in Louisiana, the Caseys of Pennsylvania, Nancy Pelosi and her father,
aren't we tired of royal families??

When it comes to being a qualified candidate for the U.S. presidency, Hillary Clinton is a joke! I don't have a problem with having a female president, but it's got to be a woman who is not so in love with herself and obsessed with her image. Hillary's well-known past (i.e. as first lady), would keep foreign powers, and some domestic entities from taking her seriously.

Here's what Huckabee, a Republican, said about Hillary Clinton: " Clinton is a strong, capable, brilliant person. " He says people underestimate her.

What so good about Hilary Clinton?

She is a founding member of the DLC.
The DLC has been the crusher of progressive politics for years. They labeled Dennis Kucinich's campaign unworthy of recognition, and derailed Howard Dean's "anti-war" campaign by consistently attacking his band of followers - calling instead for a robust foreign policy akin to the neo-con's vision of Empire.

Hillary's ascendance into the DLC leadership position is an obvious sign of the Democrat's inability to learn from their mistakes. As if John Kerry lost in 2004 because he was too far to the left. Right. Kerry attempted to out-hawk Bush on Iraq, and failed. He could not oppose Bush's assault on civil liberties, the economy - and only rhetorically opposed Bush's assault on the environment (remember how he met with labor leader Hoffa to chat about a oil conduit from Alaska to the continental US ... oh yeah, he failed to vote against Bush's forest plan and opposed Kyoto too).

The Democrats, by and large, just don't get it. They think their party can be reformed from within. They contend that the victories of Barak Obama and Howard Dean are signs of change, when in fact they are nothing more than signs of weakness.

Hillary Clinton has already intimated through her top aides that she will be supporting Bush's pro-corporate anti-choice justice to the Supreme Court, John Roberts.

"In my dream, our faith in God and our shared values give us the strength to conquer our fears of one another and the unknown," exclaimed Sen. Clinton to the DLC. President Bush would be proud.

At least there is one Democrat out there worth listening to, Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer. And although he is no progressive, Schweitzer's take on Washington politics is spot-on, "If I stay in Washington for more than 72 hours I have to bathe myself in the same stuff I use when my dog gets into a fight with a skunk."

She was a self-admitted communist-supporter in her college years. Putting that aside, I don't like the way she attended 9/11 funerals only when she knew the press was going to be there. She actually left in the middle of a funeral once when she found out the media wasn't going to show up
