If its a persuasive speech talk about what you truly believe in. Who cares about what the inmates here think? The only thing is research your position and use facts not talking points from whatever side of the issue you fall on.

Edit - I just reread your question. Get off you lazy *** and decide for yourself.

Would you like it if we wrote your speech for you? Is that detailed enough? Come on, at least give us some credit for intelligence and try to hide the fact you are trying to get someone else to do the bulk of your work for you.

You should encourage everyone to support our troops and our President. We went to war for the same reasons we went to war in WW2. We were attacked and for a long time we were afraid to go to big events or into the subway. The war is the reason that now every time a jet flies over we don't wander if someone is going to crash it into our schools or homes. We are a country that has fought every time anyone threatened our freedom to live in peace free from fear of the ones who hate us. I remember when we were proud of the fact we were willing to fight to be free of these fears. Every Democrat and Republican should unite and then our troops would be home soon and our freedom safe. As long as there is dissension among the ranks the fighting will continue. The only reason it happened in the first place was to try to cause a revolt against the Government of the U.S. Think about it, did they really think they could defeat us on the battlefield?

You could say that this is a war over oil. America has made more enemies now than any other time in history. Go from there..........
