I have a trial. Its supposed to be for visitation. But the other party has a pfa against them, has no lawyer now after firing 3,refused dna testing, refused evalutaions from any professionals yet is making our lives miserable. He still willnot stop stalking me and admitted to the judge that he watches me"come and go with my fiance"! THey say I need people to testify @ this hearing,in which I have, and this will take a whole day in court proceedings. He has been offered supervised visitation but refuses unless its just with ME.Do you think i stand a chance to get full custody and be able to put an end to this after this final trial?Been going on 3 years of this dragging out.A tired woman from Pennsylvania whom wants to move on with a wonderful man but cant til this mess has ended.Do I stand a good chance in court because he has also threatened to kill my family..has terrified my children when they were only two, broke into my home before the pfa was in affect.I have made several police reports.

What does that say about the Democrats?

Harry Reid had said, " I KILLED the Patriot Act."

Then he voted to renew it.

Yet, the key Democrat who led the fight said that Democrats did NOT change the language of the bill. He was very disappointed with his own party.

He has a lot of good ideas. He is honest. He communicates well and is even inspirational. He works hard. He would obviously be a great president. He is well known to most voters. Why don't more people vote for him? If you thought he had a good chance to win, would you vote for him?

Are Americans ready to lose more good paying jobs thanks to Bush?

A true conservative nor democrat would not have inflated the deficit half as much as the neo-con, big government, Bush.

There's an organization called the National Committee to Preserve Social Security that always sends mail to my home, because my parents support that organization, and that organization is against privatizing Social Security. What's wrong with privatizing it?Wouldn't that be better in the long run?Wouldn't it be better now?

How about not even mentioning your opponent. Just say what you would do in office. Compliment your opponent at times. Even say something like, "If the voters elect my oponent they would be well served by him. He is a good person and I respect his ability."
It would need to be true of course, but the candidates would be forced to put forward an agenda, a positive agenda.

I'll admit that democrats have landed some low blows at times, but 90% of it comes from republicans. It's the Lee Atwater influence that continues with Karl Rove and the swift boat people.
Democrats have used negative campaigning mostly in retaliation.
It does not come as naturally to democrats. Democrats would rather campaign on the issues.

You know the coalition of the humanitarian liberals and the labor exploitive capitalist that is heading full speed into globalization and the New World Order, each for their own reason? It reminds me of: "The Gingerbread Boy." You remember Gingerbread Boy was able to run away from everyone until the Fox offered to give him a ride across the river? The last line of that fairy tale is: "And after that, the little Gingerbread Boy never said anything more at all.".
Which faction of this proglobalization coaltion would you say is represented by the Fox?http://www.rickwalton.com/folktale/bryant06.htm

or in any other American war that draft was successful, in what ways was it successful? (like the women had a chance to work where men usually worked, then when the men returned there was a larger workforce, which meant a larger economy, making prices go down.) any other ways that it benefitted us as a whole?

in contrast, how was it not successful or harmful instead. like in the vietnam war (other wars too) how was the draft not successful?

im doing a debate but i cant just say stuff. i have to have solid backed up evidence, like how this kind of stuff succeeded or failed in the past.

hopefully you get the idea and give me some answers. thanks

I know that there is a law that passed and its called something like, "Ambers Law" something like that with a name in it. It has to do with putting the abusser in jail and making them stay there for a 24 hour period, then seeing a judge and the judge makes the decission if they can get out on bond or not, depending on the suverity of the abusse. My state does not have this law and I want to try and get it started, but I need to know the name of the law first.
Does anyone know?
