I've been a 60 M regular viewer for nearly 30 years, but missed this segment. Hopefully it will replay.......Not having actually seen it tho, I can only surmise that perhaps part of the reporters attitude was based upon your personal perceptions regarding the issue......(maybe?) I find that to be the case for me at times....

Aside from that, tho the military certainly retains the right of free speech, I know from 6 years service myself, we aren't supposed to publicly denounce the mission, or by doing so , our superior officers.

Still it's a very compelling issue, & I wondered more than once why we were on an aircraft carrier fully loaded w fighter planes in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea for six months plus w no apparent mission other than flexing our muscles (so to speak)
