What I can tell you is a large majority of business owners are Republican.
Trial lawyers-dominantly Democrat
Union members-dominantly Democrat

good question. there was an article in TIME MAGAZINE a few years ago that didn't go into occupations or sexuality, but it did break it down into scholastic achievement and SAT scores state by state. what they found was that the states with the highest graduation rates and the highest SAT scores overwhelmingly voted democratic. while the states with the lowest SAT scores and the lowest achievement rates voted republican. the top 10 states in SAT scores were all BLUE STATES while the lowest 10 WERE all RED STATES!! argue all you want , but that doesn't bode well for the republican party. so i have a new bumber sticker i want to sell. IT SAYS MY LABRADOR IS SMARTER THAT YOUR REBUBLICAN MOTHER! HA! HA!
