I have a trial. Its supposed to be for visitation. But the other party has a pfa against them, has no lawyer now after firing 3,refused dna testing, refused evalutaions from any professionals yet is making our lives miserable. He still willnot stop stalking me and admitted to the judge that he watches me"come and go with my fiance"! THey say I need people to testify @ this hearing,in which I have, and this will take a whole day in court proceedings. He has been offered supervised visitation but refuses unless its just with ME.Do you think i stand a chance to get full custody and be able to put an end to this after this final trial?Been going on 3 years of this dragging out.A tired woman from Pennsylvania whom wants to move on with a wonderful man but cant til this mess has ended.Do I stand a good chance in court because he has also threatened to kill my family..has terrified my children when they were only two, broke into my home before the pfa was in affect.I have made several police reports.

My word! You better get full custody or else I'm going to have to come to PA and kick some judges ***!

Seriously I really doubt you will have a problem.

Ask your attorney these questions; but, since I'm here...

He has no attorney and will most likely piss off the judge by his admissions and having no attorney and refusing one; the court will appoint him one I'd guess.

Talk with your attorney, consider hiring a private investigator to tape record a telephonic converstaion with him and allow him the chance to screw up on the phone....present the recorded conversation to the court via your counsil and this should show the court what your going through.

The full custody issue depends on many factors unknown at this time; your attorney can answer that. If The death threats can be provven I'd think the court would rule in your favor due to his instability, now, proove what you say and you may have a chance, again, ask your lawyer.

The old cliche holds up well; "a man who represents himself represents a fool." Bring copies of your police reports. I'm assuming you don't have a lawyer--maybe you can't afford one. You should check with legal services or the local bar association. They may refer you to an attorney may take your case pro bono if you don't have a lawyer.

I'd say you have a good chance with all the documentation and the fact the idiot keeps firing his lawyers. (makes him look like more of a nut in the eyes of the law)..

Good luck !!! [[[ ]]]
