I would like to know how it is possible to get to New Zealand from Afghanistan? I need political asylum. One of my friends told me that these days New Zealand accept immigrants. I will be waiting to have your valuable suggestions. I feel myself in danger in Kandahar Afghanistan as I worked for American Army as a translator for some three years. I would also like you to suggest other alternatives.

I've worked d*mn hard in this country to get where i am and i'm proud of what i've been able to do for myself because of this nation's great economic system. If people are either too dumb or too lazy to take advantage of our economic system than that is their fault alone. Why can't anyone take personal responsibilty anymore? I've been reading these posts by the libs crying about the poor and i'm sick of hearing them cry foul and saying it's unfair. I've worked very hard to get where i am at today and i'll be god d*mned if someone wants to come along and take it away from me and give it to someone who does not deserve it cause they were too lazy, too drunk, too stoned or just too stupid to become successful.

Government is force, like fire it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master. Or so says George Washington.

This would save billions off the top. To keep Uncle Sam happy, if uncle bob dies with 200K left in his 'medicare fund' he wills it to whomever he wants. It can only be used for health care needs and lets say the gov gets 10% for the willing. If uncle Bob lives to 95 and runs his fund dry, the uncle Bob has to buy insurance or pay cash for healthcare. If he cant, then we shouldn't feel bad for him, as he didn't die until 95!!!

You know the guy who is running for president? what do you think about him? Do you support him? Why or why not? Is there any good information you can tell me about him because I don't know anything about him! Was he born in the U.S? If he wasn't which I heard on the news he wasn't a long time ago then how would he qualify to run for president? Don't you have to be born in the U.S to run for president? So let me know people! What do you think?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

First, who has the more reputable guests and reporters.
It seems everyone from FOX geraldo, Ollie North, Mark Furman, allthere guest seem second hand compared to the writers at newsweek and true valid writers, media personnel and correpondants that are used at MSNBC.

Even those that are called in to debate issues for both sides -- usally you have one strong republican vs a weak democrat on O'Reilly and on FOX. Yet they calim to be balanced.

#1 -- who has the more intelligent knowledgeable guest commentators?
HANDS DOWN -- MSNBC...hands down OLBERMAN

#2 Who tackles the real issues, exposes the real concerns that effect the public?

Where fox does everythign to show president in a good light, they conveniently fail to report the true issues.
Where as MSNBC reports the inflating of the terrorism numebrs by FBI, the walter reed scandal, the flip flopped words of every politicians, and the promises that have been made and not kept by this administration.

After a long discussion with my father and my brother who is a Command Sergeant Major in the 101st airborne and was just told he would be going back to Iraq for the 4th time, we had different opinions on how the U.S. should proceed in Iraq and in the Middle East in general. We are all 3 Patriots and have served or are serving our country. We 100% support our troops and their mission. But we no longer seem to be fighting an enemy army. Instead we're fighting insane radicals who think dying is glorious. How do fight that? How do we convince the Iraqi people that things are better now when 100s are dying every day at the hands of these radical insurgents? Just things we talked about, what do you think?

After a cooling period began in 1945, and continued for two decades Global Cooling was a grave concern for the Liberal set.

In 1966 Cesare Emiliani predicted that "a new glaciation will begin within a few thousand years."

By 1972 a large majority of a group of leading glacial-epoch experts at a conference agreed that "the natural end of our warm epoch is undoubtedly near"

An April 28, 1975 Newsweek article titled "The Cooling World," decried "the evidence in support of these predictions [of global cooling] has now begun to accumulate so massively that meteorologists are hard-pressed to keep up with it." The Newsweek article incouraged "simple measures of stockpiling food". The article ended by claiming that "The longer the planners (politicians) delay, the more difficult will they find it to cope with climatic change once the results become grim reality."

Have you ever used a court appointed attorney? and were you satisfied with the way they handled your case. The reason I am asking is my step daughters boyfriend got into some minor trouble and they don't have money, I told her to use a court appointed attorney. They believe that if they use a court appointed attorney they will not get good service. What do you think?

Israeli troops raid West Bank city 20 minutes ago

NABLUS, West Bank - Dozens of Israeli jeeps and armored vehicles raided the West Bank city of Nablus Sunday and placed tens of thousands of Palestinians under curfew.

The army said troops had uncovered an explosives laboratory in the city and that soldiers had been shot at in several places and returned fire. No injuries were reported on either side.

About 80 jeeps backing several bulldozers entered the city, witnesses said, apparently with the intent of demolishing the explosives lab. Troops placed about 50,000 people under curfew in the center of Nablus and closed the main entrance to the city, witnesses said.

The army spokesman did not immediately say what the jeeps and bulldozers were doing in the city.

Schools and a university in the city announced that they had canceled studies due to the curfew.

This is from Yahoo! news.
