Yes. Just let Cuba be. Everybody thinks that we need to change all the countries in the world to Democracy. It doesn't even work, there are so many flaws. All it really is, is illiberal democracy.

Nope...Strong Dictators always surround themselves with weak yes men, like minions. So when the Central dictators pass on, the successor is typically a weak willed leader. So when Castro passes away...the Miami Cubans will return to Cuba with a lot of Guns to liberate Cuba. They will succeed and Cuba will be free. A free Cuba will petition the USA for Statehood...and Washington will agree. Cuba will be the 51st Star on the US Flag.

Raul Castro is the same twisted son of a b that his brother Fidel is. It will be the same. Trade still won't open up with Cuba after the passing of Fidel.

it will inevitably change, for better (hopefully) or worse.
after a leader falls the country is usually unstable and easy to usurp, but hopefully the falling of this leader will allow cuba to grow and develop and strengthen. then again, the cuban people will be the ones to determine their future, since it is their right. and it will be them who will deal with what they think their country needs.

Unless his brother has secret longings to change the status quo, it's not going to change, though Raul has less facial hair.
