I heard I can use TA for schools like flight school or other one time certificate schools. Where do I find out which schools are approved?

Check the Navy College site. Most accredited college classes, many technical and vocational classes qualify for TA.

Talk you your education officer. I am currently using my to work on a degree online. I am not sure how it can be applied to certifications and such. For normal school they will pay for up to 16 credit hours or 4500 I think a year.

For college courses that continue you education in an upward pattern (ie: you can't use it to get two bachelor degrees.)
