I participated in the monthly blogging contest of ibibo.com and had a Blog title Soulful Poetry to Change your lives and you...I posted to this blog thousands of posts working day and nights...expecting that I will emerge amonst top bloggers. The contest for february month was to end at 12 PM night on 13-feb 2007.My hardwork paid off when I found that I was ranked 49th at 11.48 PM on 13 feb 2007.To my horror I found at 12.01 that -just two minutes later..that I was relegated to rank 154 .In two miutes flat, without giving me any reason or assigning any cause the website had manipulated my rank down by more than 105 positions. There was no way by which any other competing blogger could overtake me by posting in those 2-3 minutes.I was entitled to a prize of Rs.40000 ;however I checked up later from site records that now it went to another blogger who had posted much less.My 15-20enquiries sent by emails/feedback to website got no resonse.Could you tell me where I can seek redressal.

Back in 1991, I enlisted in the USAF, whence mental issues surfaced that did not previously exist, as early as basic training at Lackland. My primary MTI at Lackland even verbally issued concerns to me. At about 4.5 months, I attempted suicide>>met with Lowry AFB chaplain next day>>was promptly removed from F16 avionics tech class>>met a couple times with Lowry psychiatrist>>was discharged about two weeks later with an Entry Level Separation "due to mental issues that interfere with military service--not service oriented." During this entire discharge experience, I was never afforded any rehabilitation or psychological care nor informed of what was even happening other than a discharge was pending. I believe now after much research this ELS is unjustified since these mental illness issues happened in the USAF. After almost 16 years, do I have any recourse to change the discharge classification, particularly since I now greatly suffer psychological problems stemming from the USAFperiod?

I am 18 years old from Wisconsin. When I was 14 I met a guy who was 19. We then become intimate and when I turned 15 we started dating. Later that summer, still 15, we had sex. He was 20 at this time. We continued this relationship until I was 17. He confessed to me early in the relationship that he liked younger girls and would ask if that's bad. I realize now that I was brainwashed into thinking I loved him so I would have sex with him and that I was in an abusive relationship. Even though it's been 8 months since we've been broken up, it still concerns me that he is still out there and I know he still likes younger girls. I'm afraid that the same thing will happen to someone else. Do I even have a case if I took it to court? My parents would back me up on it because they never liked him.

My wife divorced in 1993 and agreed in the courts / land registry he would stay in the property til he dies, at which time it would be sold and divided between the kids. He has now remarried, moved to Thailand and let the house out for £200 a week. Can he do this? And is there anything to be done?

Have you heard the newest thing for fun in Mexico? You pay a guy $10.00 and then you pretend to be rushing the border only to stop just before you cross it & sing songs. Talk about a mockery. If our guys could do their jobs this would not be hapening.

My Landlord has failed to action against another Tenant for Noise & Disturbance even though the Tenant accepted a Undertaking in Court twice, the Undertaking has now expired.

Can i take action against my Landlord for Breach of Agreement for failing to ensure my Peaceful Enjoyment???

I have requested during the period of the Undertaking that the Landlord take action, but they refused. Now they are taking action but i have to go through the process all over again and have suffered further Neighbour Nuisance due to the failings of the Landlord. Any advice welcome. Thanks

This is a continuation of my question from earlier this week...i was asked what happened when the sheriff came to my house the morning after i called for help...he showed up after he got off duty and told me my car was on his property, he wanted to be there when i came to get it & he wanted to let me know before i saw my car me i wasn't going to like what i saw. he said it had a flat tire, the passenger side mirror was ripped off and dude had gotten a ticket in it. He finished up by telling me that dude is his wife's brother and she told him ...she'd anything for her brother so, he had to listen to his wife so, NOTHING was going to happen. He got into my face and in his authority "cop" voice said "nothing is going to happen to him... do you understand me? nothing is going to happen!" he wasthreatening me &i knew he meant what he said!
Car was messed up! flat tire, mirror gone, sugar in gas tank it wouldn't start, tail pipe crushed, huge dents & scratches. it had to be towed!

It would be even better if the victim of the crime was given the chance to birch the person who commited the crime against them.. I would rally enjoy birching someone who had maybe mugged me and stole my mobile phone and wallet. I think it would make them think again before ever doing that to somone else. Crime figures would come right down and the streets would be a safer place to walk.

Do you think that liberals know they've been duped while it's happening, after it happens or never? Check out this link to a CIA study published in 2004:

https://www.cia.gov/cia/reports/iraq_wmd_2004/chap5.html#

This is a full account of Iraq's development of "dual use" chemicals. For liberals: "dual" means "two"--these were chemicals that had two uses, one commercial and one military. (It seems that Saddam was especially interested in pesticides.)

Buried in this study somewhere is a little published fact: we have inventoried a total of 10,049 weapons caches and as of this study had detonated a total of 243,045 TONS of illegal weapons out of the total 412,012 tons. (What do you think they mean by "illegal"?)

This is the kind of intelligence is what lead the United Nations Security Council to pass resolution 1441 warning Saddam to disarm and account for all of his illicit weapons programs within 30 days "or face serious consequences."

being stopped by local polce, and asked where he is going, where he has been, asked to empty his pockets, give all his details etc. We have lived in this area for 5 months, and he has been stopped 4 times! Last night was he was walking along a main road with mates, carrying a stick! it seems to me, that if you are 14+ wear the wrong clothes and in a group... you are fair game? The other times were because he was walking home, alone.. and also his lights were dodgy on his bike, so they fined him £30, for being on the pavement!
Im not an over protective mum.. But even Im fed up with this now.
