the leaders get involved in many scams.The bureaucracy also
becomes corrupt. Too many people fight shy to fight it out.Hence, devaluation of higher values in life overtakes that society.Mediocres and persons of lower abilities are easily
catapulted to decide war and peace. The people have a false sense that the elected leader should be backed up even if his misreading of events leads to death of the youth of the nation and pathetic sights of mothers grieving over body bags!
The much adoed "checks and balances system" makes good impression on the mind of the raeder but the contemporary bewails it.
The unrivalled democracy which Prophet Muhamed brought on
the soil of Arabia in 632 A.D. only could do away with all the
evils of modern democracies.The leader was to be chosen on the basis of his "moral standing" only. He was deemed first among equals! Even ordinary citizens had the right to question the action of the Caliph in public.
The Second Caliph, Omer bin Khattab was a tall and hefty poerson, very straightforward and the most just.According to Islamic practice, the bride-groom is enjoined to pay the dowager ( bride money)before he touches her.However, the minima and maxima have not be determined by the Quran or the Prophet.

1) Police force is put under politicians.They will use excessive force or not at all depending upon views of existing Govt.. If police are made to report to impartial Professional Committee such behaviour could be eliminated

It is not politics that is devoid of morality,it is the state of mind.The mind should be trained to exibit love for oneself, trust for oneself then only would he be able to share morality with others.To have a morale, one must try to keep good company and clean habits. This can be done through inculcation of education to the masses. The masses dont hanve enough money to educate their children in the routine way of colleges. this can be enhanced by introducing value added teaching methodology in distance education. When i joined IGNOU (distance education, i was not accustomed to councelling sessions since colleges usually follow the lecturing methodology. But i developed an indebt relationship with my teachers and classmates which helped me to love studies and developed a reading habit. now i am crazy to read books and even want to do higher education in IGNOU.This is not my story only but the story of all distance education students who impart value added education. thus by inculcating the habit to be of good morale and inbuilding moral attitude by educating the masses morality levels can be heightened.Those who don't get enough love in their childhood tend to be devoid morality .prayer and counceling and paternal care can heal this.
