Republicans are looking forward to 2008. The dummycrats are making fools of themselves and already the leading candidates are picking on eachother. One thing you can always tell about people is they have nothing to offer when they need to pick on others and twist facts. Both Hillary and Obama have already fallen prey to blame game politics. The negatives created now will be used against them later. The very latest about a possible Gore run is sneaking into headlines. He may have the best chance because people feel sorry for him but pity doesn't make presidents. Accomplishments do.

Well, right now Giuliani out polls every Democrat running.
And Giuliani lead over Hillary has increased from 4 points in December, to 6 points in Janurary to 9 points in Feburary.
Giuliani has a favorability rating of 70%.
Hillary has a favorability rating of 50%.
While both candidates draw reasonable levels of support from within their own party, Giuliani has an enormous 64% to 27% advantage over Clinton among unaffiliated voters.

They've got a savior, and that savior is the Democratic party.
Likeability has a diminishing affect in politics. The longer someone is in power, the less people like them (generally).
We tend to expect perfect from our leaders and never get it. So we move on to the next one with the same expectations.
Since the democrats have assumed power in the senate and house, Bush's approval ratings have jumped rather considerably (9 points). This is a result of the shift of blame.
Expect to see this trend continue.

Their savior is Giuliani and the Democrats overplaying their hand. Remember that even after the embarrassment of Watergate, even a candidate as inept as Gerald Ford damn near kept the White House in Republican hands (we're lucky that the country remembered what a screw-up Jimmy Carter was when Reagan annihilated him in 1980).

I don't know with who., since America has called for complete change. All of the Republicans that banded together to create the current quagmire can't cover up any of their participation of the last 10 years with Congress all the way to the Presidents Administration. Nobody in America trusts them anymore.

What's the difference between Republicans and Democrats? Republicans want and Democrats get. They can both find their places in Hell as far as I am concerned.
