Yes, my friend, the famed "617 SQUADRON", - whom, MOST people, recognise, as "THE DAMBUSTERS", - ARE still in operation. These days, though, they've moved ON, from using the LANCASTER, as they used to, - and, - I believe, - fly the "TORNADO"

617 squadron is still flying and is based at RAF Lossiemouth with Tornado GR4

Even this government hasn't got round to abolishing this squadron, though if the gross G. Brown arrives on the scene, what's the betting? (Possibly being based now in Scotland, the squadron may still have a chance!)

Yes they are. The Sqn i based at RAF lossiemouth in Scotland and now fly the Tornado GR4.
