Not much but at least he has LIVED in the state he represents BEFORE he got into politics. Unlike Hillary who only moved there because it was one of the FEW states that didn't require a Long resendential period in order to run for office. She didn't move there because she wanted to make a difference for New York State, she moved there because she couldn't use Bill as her stepping stone any longer.

Being that I live in the New York metropolitan area I can say this definitively. Before Guliani was elected mayor, you always looked over your shouler walking around New York afraid you might run into someone looking to shoot you, some seedy prostitute, or some fool looking to squeegie your car. Guliani cleaned up New York. Wild, left wing liberals hated him for it, but I gather most people in the city agreed the quality of life needed to be improved- and he did win a second term in 1997 before 9/11 handlily. The city's economic outlook also improved mightily as the NYSE threatened to move to New Jersey before Guliani lessened regulations.

Better Question - of the current candidates (Democratic and Republican) who do you trust with our Countries Safety and best interests if things start getting worse? I believe most people would agree that Rudy is the best. Trust and experience. Democratic candidates (especially one) lacks any kind of trust and one lacks any kind of real experience. Go Rudy!

One thing is he was tough on crime in NYC!

Sure I like Hunter & Tancredo better but I don't know if they can win. Polls show head to head with Rudy and HIllary. Rudy wins every time. Hillary is socialist and very scary!
