My friend wants to find a couple of men he knew in basic training at Fort Gordon GA back in 1967-8.

Their names are Howard Kotman and John Vermillion.

Any ideas on how to track them down?

Since September 11th, 2001, the US has lost less than 4,000 people in the war in Iraq AND Afganistan. In the same time period, the US has lost over 45,000 people due to illegal immigrants. So what is the more important priority to address ASAP?

I was watching the news a few days ago and I heard some old man saying that he didn't think that we are "ready" for a woman president, obviously regarding Hilary Clinton's campaign.

Am I the only person who finds that comment offensive? What if someone would have said that we aren't "ready" for a black president (Obama)? Surely a statement such as that would be considered sexist, so why are subtle attacks like the one geared towards Clinton generally ignored by the public?

I'd like you to mention your country, if possible.
Your answer can help us try to modify the laws in Brazil to minimize the violence from teenagers.
Thanks

bet you the war would end quickly; see how committed you are to man the check point ; your thoughts??? I don't mean the sweet trips that they take now and talk to an occasional soldier or two but right there regardless if they served previously ; all fun and games while you are nice and warm being served lunch, limo, jet in Washington , D.C.

Is it true that while in the army they put something in the food so that the males don't get erections? My friend said that they do it so that you aren't distracted or something, and while in Iraq he only got an erection once because of it. Is it true?

#1 this vote means nothing, its not binding?
It actually does. It forces republicans to take a vote, and make them accountable for either staying with this president or break off from their party.
Each vote will hold repercussions next election -- and thats what republicans are most afraid of.

#2 This non binding vote will send message of not supporting the troops
Has anyone read the words
Congress supports the troops, does not support an escalation

And if we want to talk about supporting troops,
why is this administration cutting funding in half To thedepartment of Veteran Affairs???
It drives up medication to twice its current price, and cuts many programs
Only someone that watched FOX all day would see how FOX made it seem that a new facility was opening up for injured troops.
YEAH THAT WAS PAID BY DONATIONS!!!!! PERSONAL DONATIONS!!!!

Dems in New Jersey must abhor our veterans!!!

Dems in New Jersey wanted to stop schools from teaching about Veterans Day and Memorial Day.

One Dem thought Arbor Day is far more important than our veterans

But, national pressure from veterans was too much for the Dems.

Dems must be SICK. Do you agree?

(CNSNews.com) - Iraqi intelligence documents, confiscated by U.S. forces and obtained by CNSNews.com, show numerous efforts by Saddam Hussein's regime to work with some of the world's most notorious terror organizations, including al Qaeda, to target Americans. They demonstrate that Saddam's government possessed mustard gas and anthrax, both considered weapons of mass destruction, in the summer of 2000, during the period in which United Nations weapons inspectors were not present in Iraq. And the papers show that Iraq trained dozens of terrorists inside its borders.

One of the Iraqi memos contains an order from Saddam for his intelligence service to support terrorist attacks against Americans in Somalia. The memo was written nine months before U.S. Army Rangers were ambushed in Mogadishu by forces loyal to a warlord with alleged ties to al Qaeda.
