take steps
start small
get followers
even if you do control the world you won't last long unless people like you
get many followers
let the word spread of how great you are
win favor
have powerful people on your side
people with brains and people with people and people liked and people who you can trust and people who have technology and power

then become the president of China some way, no the US because it is gonna fall in the future

make a treaty with India
get India on your side
get bothe to like you
both have at least a billion people and are can be very resourceful
they're the future superpowers
now you've got about 1/6 of the world on your side
and thank goodness they're fairly powerful

now the rest of the world will realize how great you are
or they will surrender if they have any brains

and that's how you become the ruler of the world.

now, when it comes to ruling i STRONGLY suggest you read The Prince by Nicolo Machiavelli

oh ya, also know that equally well fed people are happy people
and you must eradicate Darwinism, or it will be your fall with all the rascism and fascism and all the "isms"

You might be able to wait till the end of the world nears and most people have already died, then when there are only a couple of people left you lead them until their true leader arrives.

the people must be 1) ok with you
2) love you
3) fear you
then you can last. but those who fear you might try to get you.
so you better have more security than Bush !!
