I believe she didnt exactly consent but didnt say no either to the first man. So is that rape? I dont think so

The second man IF he came back i believe could have raped her, because she probably felt used by the fact that it was two men.

I hear a lot of gripe about enemy tactics in Iraq, but I believe we would do very much the same, if not worse, if we were in the same situation.

"When you have the Congress -- particularly the House led by the Democrats and Nancy Pelosi -- doing their level best to achieve defeat, I can't imagine how frustrating it must be for you in the military. I don't know why you guys haven't thrown your guns away and said 'To hell with this!' already."

CNN recently reported (02/15/07) that the NFL refused to accept an advertisement from the US Border Patrol, looking for agents, that was to run in the Super Bowl program. NFL stated that the content was too controversal for it's fans. I'm guessing that the vast majority of viewers would be happy to read of the support of the NFL in national security matters. Let's get rid of the so called political correctness, and stand up for America, or find new leaders in the NFL who are willing to do so. I urge you to make your voices heard.

I went to McDonald's last night and they asked me to show ID on a debit/PIN purchase. I asked why, and she told me that they are required by their management to ask for it on purchases over 15.00 when using a debit and credit to prevent fraud. I told her that they reason you have a PIN number is for your own security, but she didn't care! I then handed her only my ID and she wrote down my drivers license number, exp date, and birthday. Then she had me sign the bottom of the receipt which I just wrote George Washington! She never even asked to see my debit card to see if the name matched the ID or even checked signatures! So yeah they are really stopping Fraud! But that goes back to my original questions are you still required to show your ID on a debit/pin purchase? Thanks!
