What's funny is you think they would admit if they did have a problem with it. And FYI China has a huge problem with illegal immigrants from N. Korea coming to avoid the totalitarian regime of it's dictator.
All country have border problems including Russia and China, it's just how bad they are. I agree we need to do something but it is always going to be possible to skip over a border, remember East Germany?

The only thing we've done wrong is make life in US better than what some people can get in Mexico. It's many people's dream to be able to come to the US, because of what we can offer them. Notice there seems to be no/less problems with Canada. And I don't think there's much of this "better life" view between China and Russia either.

actually, if you look at a map you'll see that there isn't much of a difference in size between the two sets of borders.
the us/canadian border is the longest international border in the world. why isn't there a flux of illegal immigration along that border?...because of the economic parity between the two countries. there is no huge reason for people to immigrate across that border.

Neither is considered "the land of milk and honey." Why don't we hear of illigal immigration into Mexico? It may change!

Maybe they don't have immigration problems because no one wants to go there.
Or, once they arrive, they will be arrested on the spot for not presenting papers.

Well someone's been drinking already this evening.............
Don't you think that part of all this has to do with the fact that up until 15 yrs ago or so both nations were communist? No one was allowed to leave. Now Russia is not communist, but who would want to leave for China, which is communist?

Umm ... It has something to do with the fact that they are such repressive regimes that there is an exceeding control over the people there|
In repressive regimes, you can't do much wrong, but you can't do much that is worthwhile either|
