Why not go over to Tancredo's office and say "Dude, I smell your cigar smoke and I'm sensitive to it" or something like that to see if he could lay off of the cigars for a moment before actually wasting tax payer money and calling the cops. Sheesh. It's ridiculous not to try to work it out on a personal level. It makes me wonder about Ellison and if he should have really been elected.

I find it humorous that liberals think they are so intellectually superior to us dumb hick conservatives. Yes you're right, you are so above me...like how you preach and preach against the war (a war Dems so conveniently forget they voted for), yet I never hear of any womens rights organizations crying for Iraqi woman freedom? Hmm, how convenient, I guess womens rights only matter if it fits my agenda.

Again you kill babies yet you are against the death penalty? Hmm, yes you're right we must defend the rights of every human (oh wait except those not born yet). But thats right, we need keep womens rights alive, oh wait except those in the middle east, we dont care about them.

So please, tell me why you are so intellectually superior?

Do you agree that we should clear everybody off the Isle of Man or a island like that and put all the criminals on it. It would be like escape from new york. Three strikes and your on it. When its full up we could blow it up and start again. Crime would go right down. You could film the island being blown up and show it on TV. money made from advertising could be put back into schools and hospitals.

We have told them all of our changes this year but they say they havnt any knowledge of that.I have gone back to work and we know we can manage without tax credits but they will not let us cancel it.They say it is their decision whether they can cancel it and wont reply to letters etc. Also was told by CAB that they allow for £2500 over what we tell them we earn but they say no!!!! IE as an example we put down £18000 this year and it comes in at £19500 we are covered under the wording on their leaflet but they deny it.....is it true or not? I presume so as it says it in black and white. We dont want to be on them anymore as we worry from one year to the next that they will get it wrong and we owe them thousands.

I was refused on the grounds of epilepsy, but then I went to the doctors, because the diagnosis was questionable, to see if it was accurate, which it wasn't. I have doctors letters saying that I don't have epilepsy, so if I went back to the DVLA (In England this is) would I get a license?

I have a neighbor that I've lived next to since October 15. She or her apartment renters have called the police on my family 6-7 times in a 4 month period. Trivial things, my dog was outside in the rain (for 10 mins) my sons are playing to rough with the dogs, I left tire tracks in her driveway. (we share a driveway) Shooting off a model rocket. She called the police out 3 times yesterday. I tried to charge her with harassment but the magistrate said there are no harassment charges in NC that would fall under that catergory. I don't want to take this to an attorney. Can't afford it. Any suggestions?
