Hey heres a unique idea If your guilty be a man/women and admit it and accept the punishment.

I wouldn't go before a judge without a lawyer on this. It's pretty rare that a cop would pull you over, run you through the tests & take you to jail if you weren't DUI. first offense is relatively light. take your whipping & learn your lesson.

It really depends on whether you have any hope of winning your case. Did you take a breathalyzer? How you answer would be best answered by an attorney. (if you did it) plead guilty, in the uk if you plead not guilty, drag it out and court waste time the penalty will always be higher
